Our car buying experience was excellent! Sales consultant Jose Castaneda was great to work with (even on crutches) and found us the right car. No pressure sales, honest and personable. Kudos to George Perez in assisting with the finances. Village Pointe Toyota is the perfect place to purchase a new or used vehicle. I would highly recommend them.

Everyone that I had the opportunity to work with at this dealership was incredible. Rusty was awesome helping me get into a Tacoma. Rusty is so great at his job he’s got a college binder full of 5 star reviews sitting on his desk. Judging from my experience it’s true that he’s that good at what he does. And I truly can’t thank Brian and John enough for their assistance as well. They did so much to help me get the payments to be as affordable as possible. These guys are all top tier and truly care for their customers. Class acts all around. 10/10 highly recommend.

I was just browsing a few dealerships at the very beginning of a hunt for a new (used) vehicle.... The weather on Saturday was amazing which made walking around a few lots even more enjoyable. We had a budget and an approximate idea of the size of SUV that would work, but figured it would take a little time before really deciding on anything specific. A few hours later, we walked thru the lot at Village Pointe Toyota and just asked Donny if he could tell us what they had available for our approximate budget. He looked thru the list and pointed out several vehicles, including a very recent trade-in that had received stellar reviews from their service team during inspection. We figured, what the hell, take it for a test drive and see if it was something to consider..... Not even two hours later, I was signing paperwork because it was a gem. Best part was that Donny was incredibly easy to work with and there was no feeling of high-pressure salesmanship at any point in time. It's also fun to work with someone who is a genuine "car guy". Either way, for my first time ever purchasing a car from a dealership, it was pretty painless and even chatting with Brian in finance was enjoyable :) (when is that ever said?! Lol) Long review just to say that I super appreciated the help and never felt "hounded". Thanks again!

Great service department! Extremely friendly and helpful. Took great care of my lil guy! I forgot to mention very knowledgeable; they were the only dealer in Omaha that knew the GR’s get oil changes every 5k unlike other Toyota’s that are 10k

We had a great experience! It wasn’t creepy car salesman vibes. We had Julian and from the beginning he was top notch. Also appreciated that he talked to me and my husband equally. It’s astonishing how often I’m ignored and sales only talks to my husband. Julian was kind, honest and funny! He truly wanted to get us in the right car for us- he cared. Then, Brian in Finance was phenomenal too! Beginning to end it was great. Thank you Village Pointe Toyota! Ps. We bought our Camry on Halloween. So technically we bought our car from Superman!

Start to finish was a wonderful experience! Everyone involved in my car purchase was a pleasure to deal with . Our salesman Denny Velez was knowledgeable, quick to respond to all my questions, and did everything to make this purchase perfect! This was my first purchase at this dealership and I was very impressed and will return in the future for vehicle service and future car purchases. I love my new 2026 Camry XSE AWD! Couple weekends ago I decided to upgrade my car since my last one was a Covid scarce purchase and I wanted something I truly loved. We had gone to one dealership prior and didn’t stay long as i felt dismissed by the salesman who was assigned to help myself (30s female) and my daughter. We left quickly after getting a trade in offer and came here and immediately was a night and day difference in how we were treated. Everyone we were in contact with from sales to finance (and managers of both departments) had full blown conversations with my daughter where the last dealership didn’t even bother to say hi to her so I appreciated that a lot. Our sales gal Jess Jones was amazing to work with and went above and beyond in assisting me with all of my questions and wants. even after the purchase she helped me when I came back in a couple weeks later to sign the title with some settings on my vehicle. The sales manager Tron who was great and called over in negotiations when I was first there came out while she was showing me the settings to say hi and check in how I liked the car and asked where my daughter was this time and joked about being mad she stayed home and to make sure she comes with me the next time which my kiddo loved hearing when I got home and told her. They are all down to earth and great people to do business with. Highly recommend if you’re in the market to see them! Thanks again for the best experience out of the 4 cars I’ve had .
